What are the dates and hours for the Student Day?

How do I make a reservation?
You can go to our ONLINE RESERVATION FORM and complete all information and hit SUBMIT or you can print the reservation form and mail it to:

What is the cost of admission?
$9.50 per student
For every 10 student you will receive one adult chaperone FREE
Any additional adults will be $10.00 each
When will I send in the payment?
You will receive an invoice and a password for your Student Study Guide in February. A payment due date will be on the invoice. There are no cash refunds once payment is made. If you have a student that does not come on the Student Day our Ticket Booth will give you a ticket that the student can use for any weekend we are open. You can pay for extra students and chaperones on the day of your Field Trip at the Festival Box Office.
Will I receive tickets for each student?
After your payment is received the Festival will send you a voucher. The voucher is sent out by April 11 and will indicate the number of students and chaperones attending. This voucher will serve as a ticket for your chaperones and students. Renaissance Tickets and online Click n Print Renaissance Tickets used for weekends are not valid on Student Day.
What to bring to the festival gate on day of the field trip
Bring a copy of your voucher. Be sure the Teacher or Chaperone with the voucher is located at the front of your group. DO NOT BLOCK THE PATHWAYS. If you need to regroup your students or are paying for additional students please move your group off the main path and onto the grassy areas.
Where should my students meet at the end of the day?
Please do not have you students meet you at the Front Gate of the Festival. This area gets too congested at the beginning and ending of each day. Have your students meet you outside the Front Gate or at another location inside the Festival. Example: behind the Corkscrew Slide, Next to the Maze, etc. Please do not block the pathways.
Will my students need extra money?
On Student Days your students can bring their lunch or purchase from a wide array of food at the Festival. There are games and rides for the students to enjoy, however there is a nominal charge for these activities ($1.00 - $5.00)
What if it rains?
The Festival is an outdoor event and will operate rain or shine. NO refunds will be given for inclement weather. Teachers/Chaperones should monitor the weather forecasts and advise students to dress appropriately,

The Festival is located just 8 miles south of Hartsfield Airport on I-85 at exit 61 (Fairburn - Peachtree City). Click here for a map
