Thank You!

Our 2025 Spring Season has ended.

There are currently no tickets for sale, but check back as we prepare for upcoming events!

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!

Recently some of our guests have been scammed by purchasing tickets on websites not associated with the Georgia Renaissance Festival. We strongly caution you against buying from any website or link that is not the Georgia Renaissance Festival or our ticketing partner Big Tickets. Tickets purchased on these unofficial sites may not be valid for entry.

If you purchase from a third-party ticket seller, you will pay much more than our admission cost on Big Tickets. The Georgia Renaissance Festival is not associated with nor do we control the pricing on these third-party sites.

Date-Specific Tickets

TICKET FAQs:

Can I exchange my date-specific ticket for a different date?

No - Date-specific tickets cannot be exchanged for a different date. These tickets are limited in availability, with a set quantity allocated for each festival day. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as dates may sell out, meaning no additional tickets will be available either online or at the Box Office.

Date-specific tickets can be upgraded to an Any Day ticket for an additional fee. A limited amount of Any Day tickets are available online, and can be used for the Festival day of your choice through June 1, 2025.

What happens if I have tickets and there’s inclement weather?

The Georgia Renaissance Festival operates rain or shine, except in rare cases when severe weather or unsafe conditions beyond our control force us to close. If the Festival is unable to open, a full refund will be automatically processed by our ticket provider. You are welcome to purchase new tickets for another available Festival date, provided it is not sold out.

Refunds will not be provided on days with inclement weather if the Festival remains open. Our cast and crew work hard to ensure a rainy day is still enjoyable, with some scheduled performances adjusted for safety, if necessary.

Do you sell tickets at the door/gate?

No - Tickets are sold online only and are date specific. The only exception is Memorial Day Monday when discounted tickets are available at our box office for veterans and active duty military personnel.

I am at the Festival gate but don’t have a ticket. What can I do?

If there are tickets available online for today's date you can purchase one. If there are not any tickets available online we are sold out and cannot sell you a ticket or allow you to enter.

It does not say sold out online - can I purchase a ticket at the gate?

No - Tickets are only available online. Purchase your tickets before heading to the Festival.

Sold out means that we do not have any tickets available for that particular date. On sold out dates, additional tickets will not be released later in the day. On sold out dates, exceptions cannot be made for any reason.

We understand that you may have traveled a great distance to attend, or it may be a special occasion, or you may be with a group that has already secured their tickets. Regrettably, exceptions cannot be made.

Sold out means there simply are no more tickets left to sell.

We did not find your search. Please try another entry.

Please PRINT or SCREEN SHOT your tickets!!

*All tickets purchased online via Big Tickets must be printed at home
or available for scanning on your mobile device.

IMPORTANT! If you are unable to print your ticket, we suggest you take a screenshot of your ticket and save it on your phone for scanning - there is very poor cell reception at the Festival site and you may not be able to retrieve an email once you are at the Festival.

For all ticketing inquiries, please contact Big Tickets Customer Service at 888-318-2752 or by email Support@BigTickets.com.

You do not need to use Facebook to purchase tickets through Big Tickets. During the purchase process you will arrive at a registration screen where the Facebook option is shown first, but below that is the option to "Continue as Guest" without Facebook.

Big Tickets must have your email address to send your tickets to you.

No tickets will be held at the Will Call window.

Additional nominal ticket convenience fees apply. The Georgia Renaissance Festival does not receive the Big Tickets' convenience fees.
