Donations & Ticket Requests
The Festival is proud to support the schools, nonprofits, and community organizations that make our corner of Georgia what it is. We read every request, and we're able to fulfill a limited number each season.
How Requests Work
1 · Submit the form below at least 30 days before your event. The form is the only channel we review — emailed or phoned requests can't be tracked.
2 · We review in order received, case by case, against what we're able to give that season.
3 · Approved requests hear from us at the email on the form. Because of volume, we're unable to reply to every submission — if your event date passes without word from us, we weren't able to fulfill the request this time.
What We Can Consider
Ticket donations for fundraisers, silent auctions, raffles, and community events run by:
• 501(c)(3) nonprofits
• Schools, PTAs & booster clubs
• Community and civic organizations
What This Page Isn't For

• Requests fewer than 30 days out
