Georgia Renaissance Festival · Get Involved

Volunteer & Civic Groups

Your organization can raise real money at the Festival. Civic and nonprofit groups staff our booths on festival days — and every shift your members work earns a fundraising share for your cause.

How Group Fundraising Works

1 · Your group takes on a booth. Food, beverage, and other festival operations — we train your members and work alongside them.

2 · Your members work scheduled festival-day shifts. A reliable roster is the whole job: show up, bring the energy, run the booth.

3 · Your organization earns. The fundraising share goes to your cause based on the shifts your group works across the season. We'll walk through the numbers with you when you apply.

What to Know Going In

• This is a group commitment across festival days — the steadier the roster, the bigger the season
• Age requirements vary by booth assignment; pub and bar booths are 21+ by law
• Training and everything you need to run the booth are provided

Want to work the Festival on your own?

GARF doesn’t use individual volunteers — we’d rather pay you. Seasonal roles with training, costumes, and tips are posted on our Work With Us page.
