To enhance the guest experience, we are significantly reducing daily attendance in 2026 compared to prior years. Many dates will sell out earlier than you may be used to.
Tickets are online only. When a date sells out, no additional tickets will be released and no exceptions can be made.
We do not offer promo codes, coupons, third-party discounts, or group rates at this time. Pricing is published through Value / Standard / Peak date tiers and ticket types.

Ticket Policies
  • Online only: Tickets are sold online at tickets.garenfest.com/renfest.
  • Final sale: All ticket sales are non-refundable.
  • Capacity-limited: Sold out means no tickets available for that date — online or at the gate.
  • Add-ons: VIP Parking and Pub Crawl tickets are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.
Date Exchange Policy (Admission Only)
Eligible tickets: Date-Specific Admission (Adult/Child) only. Not eligible: Any Day Admission, Season Passes, VIP Parking, Pub Crawl, and other add-ons.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your original ticket date.
  • The new date must be at least 7 days from the date of the request.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability (cannot exchange into sold-out dates).
  • One exchange per order.
  • $3 exchange fee per ticket applies.
  • If the new date is higher-priced, you pay the difference. If it's lower-priced, no refund is issued.
  • Launch Sale tickets include one courtesy date exchange at no additional cost (no price difference). All other exchange rules apply.
Ticket Transfers & Third-Party Resale Policy
Do not buy tickets from anyone other than tickets.garenfest.com/renfest.
We strongly urge you not to purchase tickets from any other source — including friends, social media sellers, resale sites, or marketplace listings. We cannot help you if a ticket purchased from a third party does not work. There are no exceptions to this.
How Entry Works
Every ticket has a unique barcode. The first person to scan a valid barcode at the gate gets in. If someone else has already used your code — or if the code is fake — you will be denied entry. Our gate staff cannot override, reissue, or troubleshoot tickets that were not purchased through our official site.
What Happens If Your Third-Party Ticket Doesn't Work
  • You will not be admitted.
  • We will not issue a replacement ticket.
  • We will not refund your third-party purchase — we never received your money.
  • We will not verify, validate, or authenticate tickets sold by third parties.
  • We will not resolve disputes between you and a reseller.
  • You will need to purchase a new ticket at full price — if the date has not already sold out.
Common Scam Signs
  • Sellers pushing conversations to DMs or off-platform.
  • New, private, or low-activity social media accounts.
  • Payment via gift cards, Venmo (friends & family), Zelle, Cash App, or any method without buyer protection.
  • "I can change the name on the ticket." — Names don't determine entry. The scan does.
The only guaranteed ticket is one you buy yourself, directly from tickets.garenfest.com/renfest. If you buy from anyone else, you are on your own.
Know Before You Go
What you can bring
  • No outside food or beverages (medical/baby exceptions handled on-site).
  • Each guest may bring one sealed plastic water bottle and one refillable water bottle. Refillable bottles must be empty or contain ice only upon arrival.
  • No coolers.
  • No outside chairs or blankets.
Pets & prohibited items
  • No pets (service animals permitted where applicable).
  • No firearms.
  • No functioning projectile weapons; costume blades must be sheathed and peace-tied.
  • No drones.
Dress & conduct
  • Shirts and shoes are required.
  • Inappropriate clothing/costumes may be refused entry.
