Many dates will sell out earlier than you may be used to.
Tickets are online only. When a date sells out, no additional tickets will be released and no exceptions can be made.
We do not offer promo codes, coupons, third-party discounts, or group rates at this time.
Pricing is published through Value / Standard / Peak date tiers and ticket types.
Ticket Delivery & Confirmation
- Tickets are delivered by email immediately after purchase.
- Show your ticket on your phone or bring a printed copy for entry.

Date-Specific Admission
Adult (13+) & Child (6–12). Valid only for the date selected at purchase.

Any Day Admission
Use on any festival day. Very limited quantity and premium priced.

One entry each festival day by the passholder.

VIP Parking
Add-on ticket. Limited quantity per date. Faster access and closer parking.

Ticket Policies
- Online only: Tickets are sold online at tickets.garenfest.com/spring.
- Final sale: All ticket sales are non-refundable.
- Capacity-limited: Sold out means no tickets available for that date — online or at the gate.
- Add-ons: VIP Parking and Pub Crawl tickets are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.
Date Exchange Policy (Admission Only)
Eligible tickets: Date-Specific Admission (Adult/Child) only.
Not eligible: Any Day Admission, Season Passes, VIP Parking, Pub Crawl, and other add-ons.
- Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your original ticket date.
- The new date must be at least 7 days from the date of the request.
- Exchanges are subject to availability (cannot exchange into sold-out dates).
- One exchange per order.
- $3 exchange fee per ticket applies.
- If the new date is higher-priced, you pay the difference. If it’s lower-priced, no refund is issued.
Ticket Transfers & Third-Party Resale Policy
TL;DR: Only tickets purchased directly from tickets.garenfest.com/spring are guaranteed valid.
Buying from anyone else (comments, DMs, resale groups, marketplaces, “friend of a friend”) is at your own risk.
If a ticket does not scan at the gate, we cannot admit you.

- We do not validate or verify tickets sold or transferred by third parties.
At the Gate (How Scanning Works)
- Entry is granted to the first successful scan of a valid barcode/QR code.
- Duplicates or screenshots of barcodes that have already been scanned will be denied.
- Staff cannot override a failed scan or “make it work” if the code is invalid/used.
Common Scam Signs
- Sellers pushing you to DM or move off the comment thread.
- New or private accounts with little history.
- Odd payment requests (gift cards, friends/family payments, cash apps with no protection).
- “I can change the name on the ticket.” (Name does not determine validity — the scan does.)
Our Recommendation
Buy only from our official site. If you choose to purchase from a third party, you assume the full risk of denial at the gate if the ticket fails to scan.
Know Before You Go
What you can bring
- No outside food or beverages (medical/baby exceptions handled on-site).
- One 16oz bottled water per guest is permitted.
- No coolers.
- No outside chairs or blankets.
Pets & prohibited items
- No pets (service animals permitted where applicable).
- No firearms.
- No functioning projectile weapons; costume blades must be sheathed and peace-tied.
- No drones.
Dress & conduct
- Shirts and shoes are required.
- Inappropriate clothing/costumes may be refused entry.
