Fewer guests, better days. We deliberately limit daily attendance so the village never feels crowded — which means dates sell out, often well in advance.

All tickets are sold online. There are no ticket sales at the gate. Once a date sells out, no additional tickets are released.

Georgia Renaissance Festival can only guarantee and support tickets purchased through official GARF ticket links. Tickets from resale sites, social media sellers, or online marketplaces may be invalid, duplicated, altered, or unsupported.

If the ticket did not come through an official GARF purchase path, we cannot guarantee entry.

  • How entry works

    Every ticket carries a unique barcode. The first person to scan a valid code is admitted. If it has already been used, or is not genuine, entry is denied.

    Gate staff cannot override or reissue a ticket bought elsewhere — and no tickets are sold at the gate.

  • What we cannot do

    • Validate or authenticate third-party tickets
    • Issue a replacement ticket
    • Refund a purchase we never received
    • Resolve a dispute with a reseller

    A ticket that does not scan means buying again at the current price, if the date has not sold out.

  • Common scam signs

    • Conversations pushed to DMs or off-platform
    • New, private, or low-activity accounts
    • Gift cards, Venmo friends & family, Zelle, or Cash App
    • “I can change the name” — the scan decides, not the name

The only guaranteed ticket is one you buy yourself, directly from the official ticket store linked on each season page.

How Your Tickets Work

  1. Purchase Online

    GARF tickets are sold online only, through official ticket links. There are no ticket sales at the gate. Choose your festival and date before completing your purchase.

  2. Check Your Confirmation

    Your ticket confirmation and digital tickets are delivered by email after purchase. Check spam or promotional folders if you do not see them.

  3. Bring Your Ticket

    Tickets may be presented digitally on a mobile device unless the current season’s ticket instructions state otherwise.

  4. Keep Your Order Information

    Save your confirmation email and order number in case you need ticket support later.

Ticket Policies

Ticket Types

These are the ticket types you may see at checkout. Availability, age bands, and pricing vary by season — check the season page before you buy. Advertised prices on our season pages are your full ticket price with ticketing fees included; sales tax is added at checkout.

  • Date-Specific Admission — Adult and Child admission, valid only for the date selected at purchase. The only type eligible for a date exchange.
  • Any Day Ticket — Use on any festival day that season, even if that date is sold out. Limited quantity and premium priced. Final sale.
  • Season Pass — One entry each festival day by the passholder, valid even on sold-out dates. Final sale.
  • VIP Parking — Add-on. One vehicle per ticket, date-specific, limited inventory. Does not include admission. Final sale.
  • Royal Joust Seating — Add-on. Reserved seating at the tournament field, date-specific and limited. Does not include admission. Final sale.
  • Pub Crawl — Add-on. 21+ with ID, select date and time at purchase. Does not include admission. Final sale.

Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets are sold online only and there are no gate sales. Dates are capacity-limited, and once a date sells out no additional tickets are released.

If an event is cancelled, refunds are issued to the original purchaser. Full terms are published on the Terms & Conditions page.

Date Exchanges

Date exchanges are available on date-specific admission tickets only, subject to the conditions below.

  • Eligible: date-specific Adult and Child admission.
  • Not eligible: Any Day Tickets, Season Passes, VIP Parking, Royal Joust Seating, Pub Crawl, and other add-ons, which are final sale.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your original ticket date, and the new date must be at least 7 days from the date of the request.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be made into sold-out dates.
  • One exchange per order. A $3 exchange fee per ticket applies.
  • If the new date is higher-priced you pay the difference. If it is lower-priced, no refund is issued.

Exchange eligibility may vary by event or ticket type. Review the current season page and purchase terms before buying.

Transfers

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at purchase and are not transferable between purchasers.

Provide a valid phone number and email address at checkout so the festival can reach you about your tickets if needed. Full terms are published on the Terms & Conditions page.

Resale

Georgia Renaissance Festival guarantees only tickets sold through its official channels, and does not accept resale or third-party tickets.

Tickets purchased from resale sites, social media sellers, or online marketplaces are not guaranteed to be valid. See the Terms & Conditions for details.

Lost or Missing Tickets

Tickets are delivered by email immediately after purchase. Check your confirmation email first, including spam and promotional folders.

Tickets can also be resent from the official ticket store at any time. If you still cannot locate them, contact ticket support with your order information.
