Credentials & Passes

Every person working your booth or group needs a Festival photo credential. You now manage your own roster online — add or change people any time, switch a badge on or off from your phone, and keep more people on your roster than you have passes.

1. Log in with the login we emailed to your organization’s main contact.
2. You add your people, or send them a link and let them register on their own phones.
3. We review and approve each person.
4. Badges are collected in person at check-in.

• Your passes are a cap, and they flex. Six passes and eight people means six active at a time, and you choose which six.
• Register early. The week before opening is a line. Crews who register in the first two weeks walk straight through.
• Everyone who registers agrees to the Participant Rules — photo and media release, social media, badge use and conduct. Send them the link before they register so nobody is reading it for the first time at the gate.

Log in and add your people. Your login went to the email address we have for your organization’s main contact. If you have not received it, or that address has changed, reach out at [email protected].

Changed — each camper registers themselves

Camping

Camping registration is now filled in by each camper, on their own phone. You’ll send them the link from the portal, or we will.

• Every overnight person needs their own registration and their own photo credential — including children. One form per booth no longer works.
• Camping is confirmed at office check-in — payment, ID and site assignment happen in person.
• Electric and amp service is limited and sold first-come at check-in. Choosing it on the form does not reserve it.
• Anyone camping on site holds a pass for the season, and campers don’t use booth parking hangtags.

Business License

All vendors operating inside the City of Fairburn are required to obtain a City of Fairburn Business License. Our online Business License webform is the primary way to submit your information, and the Festival will handle notarization after you complete the form. Your only required physical item is the $100.00 check made payable to “The City of Fairburn.” Do not mail anything to the City of Fairburn — send your check to the Festival so we can submit everything together.

Your Shop Listing

Every vendor is listed on the Artisans Market page. Send us your shop details and your listing gets a link, a photo and your own words.

• A link on your name. Guests tap straight through to your website or social pages.
• A Featured Makers card. Your photo, your description and buttons to your website and socials, near the top of the page.
• Tags guests look for. Handcrafted if 75% or more of what you sell is made by hand, Georgia made, and See it made if you demonstrate at your booth.

What the form asks for

What you sell, your website and social handles, how your work is made, and photos you have the rights to share. Vertical photos work best.
