Business License

All vendors operating inside the City of Fairburn are required to obtain a City of Fairburn Business License. Our online Business License webform is the primary way to submit your information, and the Festival will handle notarization after you complete the form. Your only required physical item is the $100.00 check made payable to "The City of Fairburn." Do not mail anything to the City of Fairburn—send your check to the Festival so we can submit everything together. Deadline: March 15.

Camping Registration is completed primarily through our online webform (one form per person staying overnight). No phone payments or reservations will be accepted. When you arrive, you must check in at the Festival Office so we can verify your webform and collect payment—no campsite will be assigned until payment is received in full (no exceptions). If you arrive after office hours, park in the main parking lot and you will be placed the next morning after check-in and payment. 30/50 amp service is sold onsite only, first come/first served, and cannot be reserved in advance. Campground dates: Opens April 4 - Closes June 4.

Use this form to submit your Primary Pass List and required contact information for the season. Pass additions/changes must be submitted by Friday at 11:59 PM prior to the Festival weekend (or they will be processed for the following weekend). Vehicle passes are limited to the number allotted in your contract—if more requests are submitted than available, passes will be issued in the order listed. Passes must be picked up by the individual named on the pass, and pass misuse (including use by non-employees) is a breach of contract.

Use this form to select ACCEPT / DECLINE for participation in Fall Fling 2026 and GARF After Dark 2026. The addendum summarizes event dates/hours, site areas, and how fees apply (including prorated Fall Fling fees and the 2026 After Dark terms). If you decline Fall Fling, Operator may utilize your structure as permitted under your Vendor Agreement; if you decline After Dark (or are not in the open area), your structure will not be used and must remain secured and presentable.
